How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct in-depth cybersecurity research and penetration testing
  • Analyze product security controls and recommend improvements
  • Develop and implement solutions to address vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with R&D to embed security into the development lifecycle
  • Track and report on security metrics and compliance
  • Lead internal awareness and training programs on cybersecurity
  • Stay current with global cybersecurity trends, tools, and regulations
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, or product security
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, or C++
  • Familiarity with tools like MetaDefender, Metasploit, and Burp Suite
  • Strong understanding of vulnerabilities, exploits, and secure development practices
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
