Token builds Biometric Assured Identity – hardware anchored, FIDO2 based authentication that eliminates passwords, push approvals, and credential replay attacks. We are growing fast and expanding our Solutions Engineering team. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer. This is a high impact presales engineering role focused on helping customers modernize Identity and Authentication. You will partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discoveries, design secure authentication architectures, and guide customers through proof of value deployments. You will work with IT teams, Security Engineers, IAM Architects, and Executive Stakeholders who are actively evaluating Zero Trust and Phishing Resistant Authentication strategies.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer. This is a high impact presales engineering role focused on helping customers modernize Identity and Authentication. You will partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discoveries, design secure authentication architectures, and guide customers through proof of value deployments. You will work with IT teams, Security Engineers, IAM Architects, and Executive Stakeholders who are actively evaluating Zero Trust and Phishing Resistant Authentication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery conversations around Identity and Access Management, MFA modernization, and Zero Trust adoption.
- Design deployment strategies integrating with platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO providers, VPN environments, and endpoint security tools.
- Run proof of value pilots using Token’s biometric hardware authenticators and SaaS management platform.
- Clearly explain modern attack techniques including phishing relays, origin spoofing, MFA fatigue, and credential replay.
- Support RFP responses, architecture reviews, and security deep dives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback and real-world deployment insights.
- Represent Token in webinars, demos, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert in modern authentication.

- Five or more years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre Sales, Security Engineering, IAM, or related Cybersecurity roles.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, SSO, MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, SAML, OIDC, or Zero Trust frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable in fast growing environments where you help shape process and best practices.
- Experience with authentication systems, endpoint security, hardware security devices, or identity platforms is highly valuable.
