Integrated Design and Advisory is one of three business verticals at Michael Baker International with more than 850 professionals located across the country. As the National Practice Lead for Smart Buildings and OT Cybersecurity, you will shape the future of intelligent building technologies and secure operational systems across diverse environments. This role is at the intersection of digital transformation, sustainability, and advanced automation, driving innovation that enhances building performance, resilience, and security. You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from strategy through implementation, ensuring cutting-edge solutions in Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and OT cybersecurity. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to design smart, secure, and connected spaces that deliver measurable business value. This position demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and industry standards, combined with a proven ability to deliver ROI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in business development, guiding proposals, shaping technical strategies, and influencing stakeholders in both public and private sectors.

COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $149,000 to $195,000 annually. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
