Position Purpose:  

Protecting what matters most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assets from current and emerging threats. The IoT/OT Cybersecurity Manager reports to the Cybersecurity Sr Manager.    

  • This people leader will oversee the operational excellence of the IoT/OT Security team 

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Experienced in buildingIoT (Internet of Things) / OT (Operational Technology) teams in CybersecurityExperience in Threat Exposure Management, and Vulnerability Management. 

  • Expertise in performing Risk Ranking of critical assets and IoT/OT Solutions. 

  • Proficiency in cybersecurity and/or OT security, with a focus on SCADA, ICS, Internet of Things (IOT) and other OT environments. 

  • Knowledge of monitoring against cyber-attacks on IOT and OT devices and systems. 

  • Candidates should possess strong knowledge of OT environments, cybersecurity frameworks, and security technologies.  

  • Experience with Passive Network Detection technology. 

  • Managing a diverse team of remote technical resources.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure that teams are providing actionable, timely, and relevant information to the organization.   

  • Asses, develop, implement and maintain strategies to control or mitigate security risk across the enterprise through risk assessments and support the Threat Exposure Management program.   

  • Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports and other leaders.   

  • Act as a subject matter expert in IoT/OT Security   

  • Oversee the quality of Engineering solutions.   

  • Support stakeholders inside of and outside of cybersecurity.   

  • Design the Tactical and Strategic roadmaps in support of the multi-year vision of the organization and Threat Exposure Management.   

 
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:  

  • This position typically reports to Sr. Manager or Director  

  • This position has 4-6 Direct Reports  

 
Travel Requirements:  

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.  

 
Physical Requirements:  

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.  

 
Working Conditions:  

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.  

 
Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.  

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.  

Minimum Education: 

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.   

Preferred Education:   

  • Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, related field or equivalent experience. 

  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA    

   
Preferred Years of Work Experience:   

  • 8-10 years of work experience   

   
Preferred Leadership Experience:   

  • 4+ years of previous leadership experience
